Sprocketts Recycled Bicycles

Open since September of 2011, Sprocketts Recycled Bicycles (yes, with two t’s) specializes in recycled bikes from kids’ to cruisers, and service without a superiority complex. Owner, Mike Benson, an avid rider himself, greets his customers with a smile and asks all the right questions to get on the right bike. From mountain biking to freestyle, Mike understands what his customers need and guides them through their experience. Sprocketts’ bikes are 99% recycled and 1% new (meaning brake cables and inner tubes), and 10% of their profits go to local charities. Conveniently located on Armory way just between Whole Foods and the Pea Patch, Sprocketts’ offers full service repairs and fittings, for-sale spare parts, and a rotating selection of bikes that are waiting for a new home.
