Print at home vouchers will be delivered to your inbox within 24 hours of purchase; mailed vouchers are sent within 48 hours (Monday-Friday only), and should arrive within 7 business days.
You will receive an email receipt from strangerperks@thestranger.com. This receipt will contain your confirmation code. Please retain your receipt and confirmation code for your records.
If you selected "print at home" delivery and have not received your confirmation email with a link to your printable voucher within 24 hours, email strangerperks@thestranger.com and we will resend the confirmation email.
If you have not received your mailed voucher(s) within 21 days of purchase, please let us know by emailing strangerperks@thestranger.com, and we'll work to resolve the problem.
Yes! Your name will be in on the voucher but you can give it to a friend or family member.
If you experience a problem redeeming your voucher, contact our customer service department and we will do everything possible to correct the situation.
With a few exceptions*, after a StrangerPerks voucher has passed its expiration date, you can still redeem the voucher for the voucher's full cash value (the cash value is the amount you paid for the voucher). This value is printed on all StrangerPerks voucher with expiration dates. If you have any trouble redeeming a voucher after it's expired, StrangerPerks will be happy to offer you a refund.
*Event ticket and will-call offers expire the day of the event.
